Optimized-Ads is an analytics and intelligence platform for Meta advertising. It provides indicators, alerts, forecasts, and recommendations. Recommendations are informational; you remain responsible for your advertising decisions and spend.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The platform integrates with third-party services (e.g. Meta, CRMs, messaging providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which will be added as required. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The platform, including its indicators, software, and content, is owned by [YOUR REGISTERED COMPANY NAME] Pvt. Ltd.. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Predictions and recommendations are estimates and not guarantees of performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [STATE], India.
