Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Where offered, a 14-day free trial requires no payment. You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan after the trial.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@adnostiq.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

• Monthly plans: generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, as the service is a digital subscription delivered immediately.
• Annual plans: you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused whole months within 7 days of a renewal charge, at our discretion.
• Billing errors / duplicate charges: fully refundable. Contact us within 7 days.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank/payment provider’s timelines.

6. Service Delivery

Optimized-Ads is a software-as-a-service product delivered electronically. Access is provisioned immediately upon successful payment; there is no physical shipment.
